The Middle Earth Festival in Denmark was also closed..
After a wild night with good friends and a large percentage of speed freaks and noisy local pricks the festival was stopped on the second day by local politicians. The police actually argumented for the organizers of the party! And they let us have a afterparty at the chilloutstage when all the kids and speedheads left. All in all a great party with both cheeze and great music.

Just a short report.. I need to work..

I got home on friday from Portugal. Love that country and Lisboa!

The Shamanik festival was amputated on the fourth day...  The rumors are that the organizers saw that there were too few people coming in the first days.. (aound the 1500 I think) and they bailed. The guards they had hired turned against them and started robbing randomly and the artist camps for equipment! The rumors even say that the guards kidnapped one of the organizers. He got away but one of the guards were shot and killed.

My experience was that the first day there were guards everywhere, and I mean everywhere... then - on the second day they were gone. No guards at all for the rest of the festival.. It did not really bother me (exept for our french nibwitt neighbours) so I thought nothing of it.
On the morning the fourth day we woke up to police with clubs and pistols. Not really scary but uncomfortable enough. Not like the Freaky Dragon festival in Spain where people were sitting in peace doing nothing, had teargas shot at them and the police hit them with clubs unprovoked. -----> youtube.com/watch?v=VcM4s9x_wZ…

I feel a bit sad because the festival had such great potential. And it was great while it lasted. (Exept for the French bastards who camped next to us and played cheese for full speakers whenever I needed to rest. F*** you.)

But instead I got an expensive city vacation in Lisboa and its surrounding beaches. So, all in all I am ruined and tired (+got a cold) ----> but happy.

And thank you all for 's and support while I was gone. Warms a lot to come home to DA. So for all of you I did not get to respond to - THANX!
